The principals in our firm have over 20 years of experience
in accounting, taxes and IRS tax resolution.
KC Caldwell
is a Certified Public Accountant with two masters degrees. He has an
MBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Houston and a
Masters in Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University. His vast
experience includes a position in the private sector as a Chief
Financial Officer so he understands business from both sides of the
table. In addition, he has developed strong relationships with the
IRS, at both the local and federal level, offering him a
face-to-face relationship, when necessary, in representing clients’
interests.
Martin Washofsky was a former IRS agent and is
currently an Enrolled Agent. He has 20 years of experience almost
exclusively in IRS representation making him the quintessential ‘Tax
Resolution Specialist’. As a result of his expertise and the
relationships he has developed with the IRS over the years, the
entire staff at Caldwell & Washofsky has been extremely successful
in negotiating with the IRS on behalf of its clients.
